- Heat overload sensor and a safety shut-off.
- The aluminum grease filter can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Maintenance of canteen exhaust system
- Kitchen exhaust system should be cleaned
- Grease filters should be chemically cleaned and pressure-washed
- If necessary, fans should be disassembled before cleaning
